Jaguar Jamboree Day 10am-6pm ‘Jaguar Jamboree’, the latest exhibition on display in the National Motor Museum showcases the iconic Jaguar marque with a selection of vehicles from its illustrious past. In celebration, on Sunday, 19th July, a whole day at Beaulieu is being devoted to the marque with Jaguar owners invited to become part of the collection for the day, in a display outside the National Motor Museum, and offering an opportunity for owners to chat with other Jaguar enthusiasts. Lord Montagu said of the ‘Jaguar Jamboree’ exhibition: 'I am delighted to see such a fine collection of Jaguars at Beaulieu. I wrote the first ever biography of the marque way back in 1959 when I had the advantage of interviewing Sir William Lyons and hearing his comments about the early days of Jaguar direct from the founder, and have followed its fortunes ever since.' 'It will be a great treat for our visitors to see this collection of classics which includes one of the earliest as well as the very latest model.' There will be an opportunity to see the attractions newest feature, World of Top Gear, with actual cars from the presenter’s most ambitious (yet rubbish) challenges. Among the vehicles on display are two Jaguars from the Double Decker challenge, but, unsurprisingly, not in the concours conditions that Jaguar owners are used to seeing these stylish cars. Participants will benefit from a special discounted admission of £10 adult and £5 child, £7 and £3 if booked in advance on 01590 612888 at our online shop or in person at Beaulieu Visitor Reception. Admission includes entry to the whole Beaulieu attraction including the National Motor Museum with the Autoglym ‘Jaguar Jamboree’, Palace House, Abbey and gardens. |
